The kit hybrid allows you to use a gas fired oven also with wood in a very simple and intuitive way. Entirely manufactured with stainless steel AISI 441, the Hybrid kit it has been specifically conceived to be an easy-to-use tool. The lateral slit has been designed to move the tool simply using a pizza peel.
The lid protects and maintains the burner clean when wood is used and the air intake located on the left side allows a continuous exchange of air so that the burner does not get overheated.
